Supporting our people: introducing HOSPO Health’s new wellbeing for hospitality workers program The success of the Tasmanian hospitality industry is built on our incredible people, their energy, creativity and care are what turn venues into places guests want to return to. That’s why we’re excited and proud to launch HOSPO Health’s new Wellbeing for Hospitality Workers Program, a practical, industry-specific initiative designed to support the wellbeing of hospitality workers across Tasmania. The program is fully online and designed to be flexible. Businesses may choose to roll it out across their teams by completing one module per month, embedding wellbeing into regular conversations and workplace routines. Alternatively, workers can complete the modules individually or in small groups and move through the content at their own pace. Either approach works,
