Harmonson Law Firm July 2019

JULY 2019

I’m pleased to introduce the newest member of Harmonson Law Firm: El Paso native Hadley Huchton! Hadley, a mom and lawyer extraordinaire, officially joined the firm in 2018. She grew up right here on the west side of El Paso and is a proud graduate of El Paso High, aka “La High.” Hadley’s dad, Dr. Paul Huchton, is a longtime El Paso pediatrician. Perhaps you or your children were patients of Dr. Huchton. School, Class of 2020, and he’s a fantastic young man and student. Hadley stays busy helping Paul with the difficult task of applying to the best colleges and universities in the nation. My not-so-secret hope is that Paul will stay with us here in Texas after graduating from high school! Hadley is a fountain of knowledge on the college admissions process if anyone needs assistance with their teenage children. I definitely plan to rely on her knowledge as my older kids come of age. Hadley’s first passion is her family and her son, Paul. Paul will be a senior at Coronado High

epic legal battle, and she and I have kept in touch ever since. I have known her dad for a long time too; we go to the same church and are in the same Rotary Club. When he told me that Hadley was looking to venture out on her own, I jumped at the chance to have her work with us at Harmonson Law Firm. After graduating from Vanderbilt as an undergrad and the University of Texas School of Law, Hadley worked for many years defending doctors in medical malpractice cases. However, times have changed, and now her core focus is on suing doctors and hospitals who negligently harm patients. Hadley’s entire career has been focused on perfecting the art of medical malpractice lawsuits, and she is truly an excellent advocate for the injured. She knows the law, she knows the medicine involved in complex medical malpractice cases, and she knows that clients’ needs in these difficult cases always come first. The results of our medical malpractice efforts are really starting to take shape. Hadley has been instrumental in settling several significant medical malpractice cases against local hospitals and doctors in the last few months. Our clients have been able to get monetary settlements for their injuries and a sense of closure that otherwise would not been available to them if not for Hadley’s hard work and dedication. That’s what it is all about: getting justice for our clients. They come to us for help, and we are here to stand by their side. I look forward to working with Hadley for many years as we continue to pursue justice for victims of medical malpractice here in the Borderland.

I first met Hadley in a deposition when I was a new lawyer 15 years ago. At the time, the firm I was working for was suing a doctor for malpractice. Hadley worked for the firm that defended the doctor. Hadley’s doctor client won that “THAT’SWHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT: GETTING JUSTICE FOR OUR CLIENTS. THEY COME TO US FOR HELP, ANDWE ARE HERE TO STAND BY THEIR SIDE.”
