HOW THE MEETINGS WORK
ULTRA groups meet once a month for three hours, either in the morning or afternoon, in a private dining room at a premium venue. Two meetings per year may take place online. The rest happen in person, with the same people, in the same room. Meetings follow a simple, disciplined rhythm: • A brief personal check-in • Live issues brought by members • Structured peer discussion and challenge • Clear commitments before the next meeting
The value comes from experienced leaders thinking together – openly, honestly and without agenda.
There are no presentations and no observers.
