CURRY ROASTED Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

• 1 teaspoon turmeric • ½ teaspoon

• 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets • 1 fennel bulb, fronds removed, thinly sliced • 3 tablespoons ghee, melted • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast* • 1 tablespoon curry powder

garlic powder • ½ teaspoon coriander • ½ teaspoon salt • ½ teaspoon white pepper • Chopped parsley, to garnish 3. Place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes or until slightly browned. 4. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley on top! *Nutritional yeast is not required, but it gives the dish a cheesy flavor, so it is recommended.
