INTERNATIONAL TRADE
Trivandi
Trivandi is proud to receive a King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, recognising the company’s global growth, founded from the success of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It was created with a simple ambition: to share the hard-won knowledge and learnings behind delivering one of the world’s most complex events, and use it to continually improve how major events, venues, destinations and infrastructure are planned, designed and delivered around the world. Since then, Trivandi has grown from a small team in London into a trusted, global partner for leaders across sport, government, venues, destinations and major infrastructure. Today, it has more than 100 permanent specialists across five global offices in London, Dubai, Riyadh, Brisbane and Los Angeles, supported by an Associate Network of more than 4,000 subject-matter experts. Its team has worked on every Summer Olympic Games since London 2012, FIFA World Cup, Commonwealth Games and World Expos, alongside iconic stadia, airports, government summits, visitor destinations and nationally significant transformation programmes. That depth of experience now supports clients across Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 portfolio, the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, Expo 2031 Minnesota and

They embed alongside clients as a seamless extension of their teams, connecting strategy to execution and bringing real-world ‘insider’ experience into every decision. The company’s One Team approach synchronises advisory, design, project management, operations and sustainability, helping clients remove silos, simplify complexity and move confidently from vision to reality. When projects need to scale quickly, Trivandi’s global Associate Network enables the team to mobilise the right specialists at the right time, providing agility and flexibility at every stage. But its work is about more than delivering
successful projects. Through the Trivandi Academy, the company helps host communities build the skills, confidence and capability to benefit from the transformational projects shaping their own countries. This King’s Award is a proud moment for Trivandi’s team, clients and partners. It recognises not only how far Trivandi has come, but why it continues to grow: to raise standards, share knowledge and create experiences that leave stronger, more lasting legacies. Woolcool ®
Staffordshire-based sustainable packaging company Woolcool® is celebrating a major milestone after receiving the King’s Award for International Trade, completing what the business is calling a ‘Royal hat trick’. Founded in 2001 by Angela Morris, Woolcool® has spent the last 25 years challenging traditional approaches to temperature-controlled packaging by harnessing the natural insulating properties of wool. What began as a mission to prove that natural materials could deliver high-performance packaging solutions has since evolved into an internationally recognised business supplying sustainable packaging across global markets. The company’s first royal recognition came in 2018 when it received the Queen’s Award for Innovation, acknowledging its pioneering work in creating an environmentally responsible alternative within a resource-intensive sector. Four years later, the business was honoured again for its commitment to sustainability and circular packaging solutions. The newly awarded King’s Award for International Trade highlights how this British- born innovation has successfully expanded beyond the UK, supporting organisations across global markets in adopting more sustainable packaging solutions. Founder and Chairwoman,
The Woolcool® team at the company’s headquarters in Stone
Woolcool® warehouse operative Shirleen Kilimo
Angela Morris, says: “We are incredibly proud to receive this Award. It is a recognition that underscores our long-held belief in the power of nature’s own ‘smart fibre’. It reaffirms the global potential of wool, not just as a sustainable alternative, but as a high-performance material. “This award belongs to our dedicated Woolcool® team and reinforces our commitment to using renewable resources. Achieving recognition across all three award categories is rare distinction, and one that reflects our evolution and our long-term vision.” While the ‘Royal hat trick’ represents a significant milestone, Woolcool®’s Chief Executive Josie Morris says their journey is very much ongoing: “Over the years we have
faced scepticism about wool’s viability and our approach, but we’ve also been supported by customers, partners and a team who believe in what we’re doing. This award is a moment to celebrate that journey and the people behind it. But it’s also a reminder that our work is far from finished. There are still huge opportunities ahead, and we remain committed to pushing forward. As I always say… watch this space.” WOOLCOOL® Units 1A & 1B, Tungsten Park, Opal Way, Stone Business Park, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0SS Tel: +44 (0)1785 262030 • sales@woolcool.com www.woolcool.com woolcool WeAreWoolcool wearewoolcool
