SH-50 Integration System Integrate your SH-50 Shredder with a custom designed infeed and discharge conveyor. A double roller conveyor is recommended when shredding product cold, to help break apart the muscle fibers. SH-50 Shredder Infeed Conveyor The Fusion Tech SH-50 Infeed Conveyor was designed to carry product from your current operating line up and into the SH-50 Shredder to automate the shredding process. The Z-style layout of this infeed conveyor allows for product to be loaded by secondary conveyor, tipper, or by hand and bring it to the correct height for loading into the SH-50 Shredder. The SH-50 Infeed Conveyor features 2 manual belt lifters to allow easy cleaning and sanitizing of the underside of the belt, as well as 4” UHMW conveyor sides to keep product from falling off and for sanitary purposes.
The infeed conveyor can be modified to fit your current operating process.

Double Roller Conveyor
The Fusion Tech Double Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjust- able flattening and separating of meat before entering a shredder or other further processing operation. The unique design of this roller conveyor allows for each roller to be adjusted independently of the other, giving you the option for a progressive flattening of your product. The rollers can be adjusted from either side of the conveyor. Both rollers are filled with dye to alert operators and maintenance should the roller ever crack — preventing bacteria from getting into the roller and causing a food safety issue.
SH-50 Shredder Discharge Conveyor The Fusion Tech SH-50 Discharge Conveyor was designed to fit securely under the SH-50 Shredder to carry shredded product to your further processing operating line. The Z-style layout of this infeed conveyor allows for product to be carried up to a secondary conveyor, vat, or other equipment to automate your shredding process. The SH-50 Discharge Conveyor features 3 manual belt lifters to allow easy cleaning and sanitizing of the underside of the belt, as well as 4” UHMW conveyor sides to keep product from falling off and for sanitary purposes.
