I. CALL TO ORDER Meeting Held Via Zoom Videoconference. President Farmer called meeting to order at 1:07 P.M. II. PRESIDENT’S REPORT A. Opening Remarks President Farmer mentioned that in the March meeting the Board approved second reading of pet rule amendment. On 3/19/2020 a petition was received from at least 5% of Members requesting the rule be overturned. This action requires the Board to set a date for a vote by Members. By law, ORPS is required to enter into a contract with our elections company to conduct the election. Additionally, a petition was received from a list of Owners that want to eliminate the Golf Professional as a means of reducing costs. B. Approval of Agenda President Farmer: Said he would like to create an ad hoc committee to review, to revise and reorganize the Administrative Policies and Procedures, which would consider incorporating the Committees Policy into the Administrative Policies. President Farmer recommended that the second reading of the Committees Policy and second reading of
the Golf Committee Charter be withdrawn from the agenda. President Farmer made a motion, second by Director Renoe.
