Eric is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sales and Marketing and works closely with the acquisition, development, and design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Adera portfolio. Eric has been involved professionally in the Canadian Real Estate Industry since 1987, with Adera since 2007, and was previously with Jayman Master Built Homes in Calgary. Throughout the duration of his career, Eric has been responsible for the sales and marketing of over 12,000 homes.

In 2018, Chris opened the west coast’s first design co- working space Studio88 in Newport Beach, giving her the outlet to mentor and give back to the design community she loves. Most recently, Chris expanded Design Tec with the addition of a Commercial/Multifamily division that adds a vital diversification to her firm. Chris has developed an exceptional ability to create unique spaces that illustrate the livability and functions of the architecture, creating memorable environments that touch the buyer’s emotions. As a Gold Nugget judge, she used her sharp eye to identify spaces that not only look good but, most importantly, live well.

Jerry is recognized nationally as a housing industry speaker addressing topics of market-driven design, builder/architect relationships, and the design-build process. In 2014 Jerry was recognized by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver with the Legend Award for his contributions and leadership in the housing industry. In 2018 Jerry was inducted into the National Association of Home Builder’s Best in American Living Awards Hall of Fame.
