Katja Martinez, Assoc. AIA Principal, Senior Designer JZMK PARTNERS | architecture | planning | urban design Katja joined JZMK Partners in 2000 after graduating from the University of Applied Science, Stuttgart, Germany with a

Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Since 2013 she holds the position of Principal/Senior Designer in the firm. With nearly 20 years of experience, Katja is involved in a wide variety of residential projects in California, Texas, China and the Middle East. Her innovative designs range from Custom Residences, Recreational Facilities, Resort Clubhouses, Mixed-use Facilities and High-rise Residential Buildings. One of her achievements is the high density, urban in- fill project along the Huangpu River in Shanghai, China that includes High-rise Residential towers, high-end retail and a 5-star Hotel. Additional projects include the Marassi Beach Clubhouse in Egypt and the high density, award winning Hillside Project in Austin, Texas. Katja’s diligent, thorough and decisive approach consistently results in meeting or exceeding client’s expectations. In her position she also manages Business Development efforts and facilitates client communication. Mrs. Martinez is a past member of Toast Master International where she held the office of Secretary and Vice President of Membership. She completed her course with an award in public speaking. Katja currently holds the position of President of the SAGE Council in Southern California.

Lisa Hall President Segments-llc

Lisa Hall is the Founder and Principal of Segments-llc. Prior to recently starting Segments, Lisa spent 21 years with Forest City redeveloping the old Stapleton

International Airport in Denver Colorado, recently ranked by John Burns Real Estate Consulting as the #5 best- selling master plan of the decade. Lisa was responsible for putting together all the pieces involved in a builder program including forward planning, setting land prices to consistently increase revenue each year, put systems in place for tracking and reporting land sales, home sales and closings. Lisa worked with builders on product development and architecture and handled builder relationships including negotiating contracts. Lisa sat on both the Stapleton Design Review Committee and the Stapleton Master Community Association and was also responsible for approving each streetscape on a block by block basis. Lisa’s specialty is creating segmentation plans where lot size, lot price, product type, size and price, architecture, home location within the neighborhood and lifestyle needs come together to create a diverse “place” thereby maximizing lot sales and home sales and increasing profit for developer and builder alike.

Jim Dwyer Vice President | Architecture

Jim Dwyer is the Vice President of Architecture for the BDR family of companies (www.bdrholdings.com). BDR specializes in high-end luxury homes along with custom and spec

homes. Jim has been in his position with BDR since 2010. Jim has also worked with Bennett Homes and William Buchan Homes, both in the Bellevue area as well. Jim has been working in the architectural field for close to 35 years and has built relationships with many local architects and builders in the area. When Jim is not designing amazing homes, he and his wife Michelle enjoy traveling, wine tasting and golfing.
