What I did: Attended online meetings, job shadowed, learned advisor tools, studied for SIE Exam, did a Thrivent action plan, did a Thrivent capstone project and presented it in front of stake holders. What I liked: The atmosphere was the best, everybody was super friendly and helpful. I learned a lot and had great mentors. Future Dream Job: Financial advisor, market maker, full-time trader.
