What I did: Oversaw a seasonal staff of 25 employees ages 15-24, schedules, time sheets, lead day-to-day operation. Hosted third annual Canoe Rental staff trip (something I started when I first got promoted). Planned and hosted staff wide employee party (for the canoe rental, scenic boat tours and Wildwood RV park and campground), represented the canoe rental in weekly management meetings, performed basic maintenance on trailers and vehicles, designed new signs to improve customer flow. What I liked: Everything – I liked the staff, the environment, the responsibility, always being on the clock to answer employee questions, participating in meetings. Future Dream Job: To start in sales at SentryWorld, and work my way up into management.
