What I did: Supported team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, appreciation events, and training activities; created internal communications and promotional materials; assisted with surveys and team member feedback; attended HR meetings and events; collaborated with different departments; and helped plan and organize engagement activities. What I liked: I enjoyed getting hands-on HR experience, working with different departments, attending events, and seeing how employee engagement can improve the workplace. I also liked having a variety of projects and getting to know the people I worked with. Future Dream Job: A leadership position in human resources, business operations, or employee engagement where I can work with people, solve problems and help improve an organization.
