What I did: Job description audit, sitting in on interviews, creating various different training courses, social media, job postings, a job fair, benefits training, onboarding, creating a benefit FAQ handbook, grasping union contracts, budgets for 2027 and more! What I liked: I really enjoyed working with the public and fellow coworkers. It was really interesting and fascinating to see how all 27 different departments come together as one to help the public of Sauk County. Future Dream Job: Working in human resources maybe for the DNR or even healthcare to know I’m making a difference somewhere.
