What I did: • Customer Service: Speaking to customers over the phone and in person, providing resolutions to issues. • Credit underwriting: taking loan applications and reviewing credit files to understand lending limits, and how factors impact a credit score. • Sales: outbound and inbound calls focusing on soliciting customers on loan renewals. • Wisconsin credit 22-12: study and pass the series 22-12 state examination to obtain the necessary license to sell credit protection insurances to qualified customers. What I liked: The hands on experience and learning new things each day. Future Dream Job: Doing audit or any sort of taxes.
