What I did: I sold projects, I did all my own marketing to promote my branch in the Green Bay area, and then I also hired workers and helped produce and manage the projects I sold. What I liked: I liked it all. It was very good experience for me, it was also very well rounded in every part of running a business. It is still a small company and I consistently could talk with the owner about any problems or hiccups. It created a really great atmosphere even though I was running everything by myself in my own space. Future Dream Job: As of right now I don’t have one, I’m still figuring out the direction I want to take after all this is over.
