What I did: Shadow multiple department leads. Assist with loan Processing, Credit Analysis, IT and Human Resources projects. Assist with customer relations and support. What I liked: The opportunity to get a general overview of banking with specific deep dives proved to be a great experience. I enjoyed the behind the scenes departments such as Data Processing, Loan Processing and Credit Analysis. Working with a team to solve problems on the back end of the bank was very informational and interesting. Future Dream Job: Director of Tax.
