What I did: Keep stock of alcohol, manage and schedule a team of servers and bartenders, ensure guest entertainment and satisfaction, help maintain property upkeep, assist in overseeing the kitchen operations. What I liked: The other interns from all over the country that I got to befriend. Work-wise, being able to actually manage a team of people, as I know that is something I will be doing in the future. Future Dream Job: Managing some aspect of a big hotel such as Hilton.
