Le 26 janvier 2016, la ville de Hawkesbury a reçu une demande de modification au règlement de zonage pour permettre l’usage de « vente d’automobiles » comme usage accessoire à l’usage primaire d’« établissement d’entretien ou de réparation » au 32, rue Main ouest. Le lot est légalement connu comme Partie du Lot 63, sur le plan M-9, dans la ville de Hawkesbury, Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell. SI UNE PERSONNE ou un organisme public ne présente pas d’observations orales lors d’une réunion publique ou ne présente pas d’observations écrites à la Corporation de la Ville de Hawkesbury avant l’adoption du règlement municipal, la personne ou l’organisme public n’a pas le droit d’interjeter appel de la décision de la Corporation de la Ville de Hawkesbury devant la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario. TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 600 Higginson Street to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to Zoning By-law No 20-2012 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. On January 26, 2016, the Town of Hawkesbury received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment to permit ‘Automobile Sales’accessory to the primary use of an‘Automobile Service Station’on the property known as 32Main StreetWest.The property is legally described as Part Lot 63, Registered Plan M-9, in the Town of Hawkesbury, United Counties of Prescott-Russell. IF A PERSON or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury before the proposed zoning by-law is adopted, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury to the Ontario Municipal Board. IF A PERSON or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
IF YOU WISH to be notified of the Zoning By-law amendment, you must make a written request to the Clerk’s Office, 600 Higginson Street, Hawkesbury.
