Evidence of previous experience for a multi-site organisation and within occupied premises (A/I) Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and issues re- lating to construction and pro- ject work (A/I) Evidence of some survey prac- tice on a wide variety of public buildings (including listed) (A/I) Experience on cost, budget and project management of new building projects and fast track refurbishment (A/I) Experience of effectively dealing with customers in a complex or- ganisation with multiple internal
