A.4 CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT
A.4.1 Overall Capability Details on the tools and resources in place and available to Wake County were provided by the County’s HMPC representatives and are summarized in Section 5 Capability Assessment. Based on that information and using the scoring methodology detailed in that section, Wake County has an overall capability rating of Moderate.
