G.4 CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT

G.4.1 Overall Capability Details on the tools and resources in place and available to the Town of Holly Springs were provided by the Town’s HMPC representatives and are summarized in Section 5 Capability Assessment. Based on that information and using the scoring methodology detailed in that section, Holly Springs has an overall capability rating of High.
