LOCAL IMPLEMENTATION RECOMMENDATIONS Communities could receive credit under Activity 330 – Outreach Projects as well as Activity 350 – Flood Protection Information. Credit is provided for general outreach projects including publications in local newspapers and expos at fairs and for publications relating to floodplain management which are available in the reference section of local libraries. Credit is also provided for floodplain information displayed on communities’ websites.
