His journey in the International Education Sector commenced in 2009 with GUS, where he made significant contributions to the international market until 2014. During this period, he seized the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom and played a key role in building regional teams in Birmingham and Manchester. Subsequently, Muirhead embarked on a brief stint in Canada, where he contributed to the optimization of recruiting teams and participated in a comprehensive realignment of strategic objectives. Demonstrating his adaptability and leadership capabilities, Muirhead transitioned into a head of Operations and Recruitment position for domestic students in the UK, focusing on those supported by public sector funding for higher education studies. Following this, he assumed the mantle of overseeing international operations in the U.S., in addition to managing domestic operations for the UK. In this multifaceted role, he holds the overall responsibility of ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of InUni Partner Institutions. Muirhead holds a bachelor’s degree in sports science and business from Brunel University London. His commitment to excellence and wealth of experience in the international education landscape underscores his capacity to drive strategic initiatives and foster growth for InUni and its partner institutions worldwide.

Saint Rice, Jr., EdD (he/him/his) Assistant Dean of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and Director of Faculty, Staff and Community Engagement Washington University in St. Louis

Saint Rice, Jr., EdD, is a visionary, championing equity and transformation. Rice is a powerhouse leader, scholar and spiritual guide driving meaningful change. With over 30 years in education, criminal justice and corporate roles, he champions equity, diversity and inclusion while empowering individuals across sectors. As assistant dean of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and director of Faculty, Staff and Community Engagement at Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School, Rice shapes the institution’s commitment to these values. His diverse past roles are focused on organizational change and strengthening impact. A certified diversity executive, he holds a doctoral degree from Maryville University in higher education administration and leadership, specializing in students’ access to education. Rice co-founded Perficient Education and Leadership Institute, providing leadership development, DEI training, student success strategies and dissertation coaching. His clients have included Shutterfly, BJC HealthCare and the Veteran’s Administration. A devoted family man, Rice is married to LaVada Rice, EdD, and actively participates in community organizations. Rice and his wife co-founded “No More Hiding Men’s Ministry,” empowering men through faith and purpose. They believe “holistically healthy men empower strong communities.” His books, “Iron to Iron: Words of Wisdom” and “Manhood Moments Journal,” further amplify this message. He and his wife also enjoy traveling abroad and spending time with their grandchildren. Committed to building a more equitable world, he is a force for positive change, weaving leadership, scholarship and spirituality together to empower individuals. Mónica C. Paredes Tuesta ‘23 (she/her/hers) Program Coordinator Webster University

Mónica C. Paredes Tuesta, originally from Arequipa, Peru, is currently in her first year

of Optional Practical Training, a temporary employment that is directly related to her F-1 student visa. In her role at Webster University, she serves as a program coordinator for the Division of Enrollment. Paredes Tuesta utilizes her financial experience and education to assist the division in building processes and dashboards to improve budget reconciliation, as well as implementation and assessment of the U.S. campuses’ Strategic Enrollment Plan. Before joining the enrollment division, she worked as a graduate assistant at Webster University’s Multicultural Center & International Student Affairs and served as co-president of the International Student Association. Paredes Tuesta earned her master’s degree in data analytics from Webster University and she completed her undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Católica de Santa María, in
