Fusion Tech bacon trees provide high capacity cooking space for pork bellies hung on belly combs in your smokehouse or oven.
Our bacon trees feature a custom trolley hanger to integrate easily into your pre-existing overhead trolley system. Three levels of racks can be customized to hold the capacity and style of belly combs needed. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, our bacon trees exceed all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and are durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.
