BACONTREE STAND
The Fusion Tech Bacon Tree Stand is designed for high capacity cook- ing of pork bellies in your bacon processing operation. This bacon tree stand features 8 rows of hanging space, each holding 18 bacon tree hooks, for a total capacity of 144 pork bellies. Outfitted with heavy duty sleeves, the Bacon Tree Stand is ideal for use with a fork lift, but can be modified with casters for non-fork lift movement. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, the Bacon Tree Stand exceeds all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and is durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.
