Sale Terms and Conditions
These Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bidding and purchases made at the Breeders Classic Auction (“Auction”). By obtaining a bidding number and placing any bid, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. 1. BUYER PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All bidders must have available funds in place. All payments must be in U.S. funds only. a. Cash or Check (photo ID required; payable to Breeders Classic). b. Credit or Debit Card (subject to a 4.5% processing fee)
Check Policy: Buyer agrees not to stop payment on check for any reason. Buyer is responsible for all bank fees associated with returned or invalid checks.
2. PAYMENT DEADLINE: Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the auction and must be completed before any donkeys are loaded or removed from the premises.
3. ONLINE BIDDERS (DV Online auction) : Options to pay are Credit or Debit cards (subject to a 4.5% processing fee or a
Bank wire transfer – (buyer pays all fees). Buyer is responsible for all wire transfer fees. Payment confirmation (photo of receipt) must be sent to management immediately after the sale or by the next business day (7/13/26), no later than 11:30 AM Central Time. 4. HEALTH CERTIFICATES: Available at checkout at Buyer’s expense. Fees will be posted on the day of the sale.
5. CANADIAN HEALTH CERTIFICATES: Available at (Buyer’s expense). Estimated return time of 1.5 to 2 weeks from the state.
6. HAULING & BOARDING : Present your buyers receipt to our attendees to check out and load donkeys. Buyers requiring transport or temporary boarding must plan with management at 920-362-4523 . All associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
