16. VENDERS: All vendors assume responsibility to have the proper Seller ID Tax Permit to sell items in Wisconsin.
17. INDEMNITY: Both the Buyer and Seller releases Breeders Classic Midwest Miniature Donkey Sale, or any agency related to Breeders Classic sale, from any and all responsibilities, liabilities, obligations, claims, lawsuits proceedings arising from the sale.

HOURS OF REMOVAL: Sunday after auction until 7pm CST barn closes.

Cyder Bay Farm is offering short term quarantine boarding starting July 13 at $3.00 per donkey/per day until pick-up. Boarding contract must be signed and in hand.
