11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER : Bite checks and height measurements announced at the sale are subject to variation due to the cooperation of the donkey. Actual heights and bites may differ from sale-day announcements. Sale Management assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies.
It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to personally verify bites, heights, and testicles - or to appoint a representative to do so - prior to purchase.
12. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: Buyers are responsible to contact Sellers directly for additional information, including photographs, videos, or other documentation related to donkeys of interest.
Buyers may hire a veterinarian to conduct pre-sale examinations with the Seller’s permission. Buyers are expected to perform due diligence and accept full responsibility for their purchases. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging transportation, hauling, and boarding fees of purchased animals. 13. FOREIGN & ONLINE BUYERS: Foreign and online Buyers must contact Sale Management for bank wire transfer instruction. Any additional expenses required for transportation, export, import, quarantine, or temporary boarding are the sole responsibility of Buyer. Payments must be made before donkeys can be removed from the premises. 14. SELLER PAYMENT: All agreed upon commissions and fees will be deducted from purchase price paid by the buyer. Seller’s check will be issued and USPS post marked within 10-12 days following the sale or when all payments have been cleared by Management. 15. JENNETS & JACKS: Jennets are to have a positive pregnancy exam by a veterinarian with a signed statement stating “in foal” for the jennet to be announced as “in foal” at the sale. Jennets verified as in foal will sell with no guarantee of producing a live foal. All donkeys sell “as is” with no guarantee of fertility. Buyers assume all risk in their purchases.
