Public Survey Results Survey respondents expressed that housing affordability is a challenge in Wake Forest. Black respondents expressed higher levels of concern about housing issues, and the majority of respondents expressed that they have struggled to find a house or apartment in the neighborhood they want to live in (Figure 38).
