Included Site Costs & Council and Statutory Authority Requirements

• ‘H1’ class slab in accordance with AS2870.1 - 2011

• Machine hire and site preparation. (Excavate to form a level building platform)

• Remove and dispose up to 1 x load (12.5 tonnes per load) of excess spoil from the excavation of the building platform

• Provide up to 8 meters of single-phase underground service cable from the existing supply authority turret/pillar to the meter box

• Water service connected to the Supply Authorities main located in the near side nature strip

• Sewerage connection to existing junction of supply authority’s main within 8m of the property boundary

• Provide a sewer pegout to determine the precise location and depth of sewer

• Provide concrete piers to a depth of approximately 1 metre to the underside of the slab, to even bearing, as recommended by AS2870

• Provide machine hire for drilling/digging pier holes
