The current market is still on the road to recovery from the recession with signs of improvement. Many markets across the country have recovered in regards to rents adjusting to pre-recession numbers and some even surpassing. Most of these are in urban settings. In general there is still a lack of new construction and new product in the secondary markets however there is a trend in redevelopment and conversion of older enclosed malls and C product. WHAT MOTIVATES YOU: My children’s college tuition and obviously the thrill of the deal.
