(activecommunities.com) o Parking passes are nonrefundable and/or transferable. These passes are for use at Port Charlotte Beach, Englewood Beach and all Charlotte County operated public boat ramps. o Parking passes must be affixed to the FRONT WINDSHIELD, PASSENGER SIDE, LOWER CORNER to avoid parking tickets issued by Charlotte County Sheriffs Parking Enforcement Deputies. For questions or concerns regarding parking violations call 941.639.2101 or 941.474.3233. o Possession of a parking pass does not insure the availability of a parking space. o If you have a State issued handicap permit (plate or placard), you may park for free at any Charlotte County park or boat ramp provided the person issued the permit is present. o Providing a self-addressed stamped envelope helps to reduce the cost of this program.
