SOCIAL Caring for our people, building for future Sofap’s people are its heartbeat. When employees feel genuinely supported, they bring more than effort, they have the willingness to go beyond what is expected. Given that work occupies nearly a third of employees’ lives, building an environment that nurtures well-being and empowerment is not optional, it is a responsibility Sofap takes seriously. A culture rooted in people has been built, where unity is not just a value but something colleagues put in practice daily, supporting one another when it matters most. Employees are encouraged to speak openly, share ideas, raise concerns, navigate disagreement, take ownership of their mistakes, and seek support when needed. Sofap has tested this culture. When employees faced personal hardship, whether social instability or sudden health challenges, the company responded with genuine support, ensuring they had the necessary resources to cope and the space to do so with dignity.
