Employee Development trainings Employee development training is essential to ensure continuous learning, performance improvement, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. These sessions support both individual growth and organisational effectiveness. They contribute to skill enhancement, increased confidence, and improved performance. Empowerment – Brand ambassador For the past 15 years, Baneer has served as Sofap’s brand ambassador, training frontliners and business partners on product knowledge and various painting techniques. He firmly believes everyone benefits when they fully understand the products and know how to use them correctly. By encouraging feedback exchange, the company also gains valuable insights that support continuous product and service improvement. Through L’École des Peintres and training programmes delivered to beneficiaries of various NGOs, many individuals have acquired the skills and knowledge needed to become self-employed.
