Demonstrable experience utilising standard forms of contracts used in building and engineering capital works contracts including P21+, P22 and other healthcare frameworks

Qualifications and Training Degree in Engineering/Construction related subject

Significant and proven/demonstrable experience of management, and of practical experience in project management of delivering complex building projects across large complex sites within an acute hospital healthcare environment or similar. E Significant and proven/demonstrable experience of managing contractors, consultant teams and direct labour staff. E

Professional / academic qualification at Masters level or equivalent experience of Capital Development. E
