Dear Friends, It is with a great deal of excitement and enthusiasm and on behalf of the entire Bar V and GENEPLUS crew, that we welcome you to our inaugural female sale at Bar V Genetix! When we step back and take a look at the journey that has propelled us into the Registered Brangus business, it is truly amazing the pieces and the people that have come together to get us to this point. It has been quite a ride and one we wouldn’t trade for anything, and we hope you feel the genuine passion we have for this business as you join us in Blountsville, AL on May 23rd. It will truly be a can’t miss event!! The cattle represented within this offering are the best of the best of our program and that of our GENEPLUS partners and cooperators and have a futuristic and youthful presentation. You will find heifers from the tip top of our fall ET calf crop, leading donors like the 406J13 female from us and the 53G11 female from Chimney Rock and a fancy set of heifers and pairs throughout each class of cattle offered. We believe you will see at this female event what you have come to expect from GENEPLUS-balance, quality, and consistency from end to end. As excited as we are about the registered offering, we are equally as excited about our commercial offering and feel like this event will become a leading source of front-end replacement females for cattlemen throughout the Southeast and beyond! We would be remiss if we didn’t thank the multitude of people it takes to pull this off. To Vince and the entire Bar V crew, thank you for your tireless effort in getting this first one under our belt. Your extraordinary effort and dedication do not go unnoticed! To the GENEPLUS partners, thank you for bringing us into your first-class organization and sharing our vision of growing the footprint of the GENEPLUS program and the Brangus breed. To the cooperators with females in this sale, thank you for trusting us to help merchandise your cattle and for bringing the elite quality that you have. And last but certainly not least, thank you to you, our customer, for taking the time to consider our operation and offering. We know there are lots of options out there, but rest assured there are none that rival the dedication to quality and customer service that we hold ourselves to. Be sure to join us Memorial Day Weekend for what will be a unique, family-friendly atmosphere. We will have something for the whole family including a bounce house, fishing, live entertainment, supper on Friday night and the power-packed offering on Saturday. We hope to see you May 22nd and 23rd and feel free to call any of us at Bar V or GENEPLUS with any questions or assistance you may need. Sincerely, Tim Tucker & Josh Kent

GENETIC CONDITION POLICY Any animals that are confirmed as carriers of a genetic condition such as DD, developmental duplication, will be listed above their pedigrees as DDC. Any animals we are still waiting test results on will be listed DDPC. All other animals have been either confirmed free of known genetic conditions by test results or from pedigree analysis. TRUSTED PERFORMANCE INFORMATION We are extremely dedicated to providing our customers the genetics needed to positively impact their bottom line. As the motto of GENEPLUS states, “A Step Ahead. The Advantage You Can Trust”, we take very seriously the process of collecting phenotypic information and understand its fundamental importance and the role performance information and proper contemporary grouping play in providing the breed association with the most correct and current information possible, which in turn impacts the EPD’s you see directly. We will never compromise the integrity of our data. All of the weights in this offering were taken by a scale, no tapes or windshield guesses. The ultrasound information was collected and processed through a certified CUP Lab prior to submission at IBBA. The industry has changed over time and a process which was once dominated by visual appraisal, then performance testing and contemporary grouping now has the ability to roll all of the
information into a scope of genomically enhanced EPD’s. This gives the customer a tremendous edge in the accuracy of EPD’s and the assurance of parentage, thus dramatically improving the selection process for the future of their ranching enterprise. We encourage you to utilize these tools. For your convenience we have listed the current non-parent Brangus average EPD’s in this catalog for reference and comparison on how an individual compares to the average of the breed in any trait. MAINTENANCE AFTER THE SALE Bar V will work with customers on delivery of cattle in an effort to have the cattle delivered to customers as soon as possible after the sale. However, if you are not ready for the cattle at this time we will maintain the cattle at the ranch for a period of time until you are ready for them. A nominal fee of $5.00 per day will be charged plus any veterinarian charges incurred will be billed. Cattle will be maintained on a growing ration in grass traps. Cattle become the buyer’s responsibility immediately after the sale. Bar V or GENEPLUS is not responsible for insurance costs or death. TRUCKING At the conclusion of the sale or as soon as possible following the sale if purchases are made via video or sight unseen agreement; please notify the sales staff as to specific instructions about cattle delivery. If you request our assistance the GENEPLUS staff will make every effort to help coordinate the most reliable and economical trucking available. Trucking expense will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to make your own arrangements Gary Tharp, Dixie Grove Trucking will be available sale day to discuss your needs or we can place you in contact with other reliable truckers. INSURANCE Please note that the animals you purchase become your responsibility at time of purchase. Please make note that many of the animals were in different contemporary groupings at weaning; therefore, it is not fair to compare birth, weaning and yearling weights from one herd to another.
EPD’S Expected Progeny Difference ( EPDs) is the best estimate of an animal’s genetic merit for a particular trait. It takes into account the animal’s own performance compared with its contemporaries and the performance of it’s relatives compared against their contemporaries. Birth Weight (BW) EPD predicts calf size and calving ease. Weaning Weight (WW) EPD predicts preweaning growth potential. Yearling Weight (YW) EPD predicts overall growth potential. Milk EPD predicts the maternal contribution to weaning weight of the calf through milk production, behavior, immunity and other maternal environmental factors. Scrotal Circumference (SC) EPD predicts not only testicular size of male progeny but also daughters onset of puberty. Ribeye Area (REA) EPD predicts total muscle. Intramuscular Fat (IMF) EPD predicts % of intramuscular fat which is highly correlated to marbling. TERMINAL INDEX (TI) is a bio-economic index which considers six growth and carcass-related traits, each trait weighted according to its heritability and economic importance in a feedlot situation with carcasses valued by weight, yield, and quality grade. The value is expressed in standard deviation terms, which can be difficult to comprehend. IBBA advises breeders to evaluate the percentile rank rather than the actual index value. FERTILITY INDEX (FI) is a bio-economic index which considers six traits, each trait weighted according to its heritability and economic importance in a cow-calf enterprise. The value is expressed in standard deviation terms, which can be difficult to comprehend. IBBA advises breeders to evaluate the percentile rank rather than the actual index value.
HEIFER PREGNANCY (HP) is reported in percentile units and represents the probability of a sire’s daughters becoming pregnant during their first breeding season compared to daughters of other sires. STAYABILITY (ST) is reported in percentile units and represents the probability that a cow will have five consecutive calves compared to her yearling contemporaries. PERFORMANCE Individual performance data is provided as supplementary information as EPDs provide more reliable evaluation of genetics differences of animals. Actual Birth Weight (BW) are reported. Scrotal Circumference (SC) is adjusted to 365 days Brangus EPDs are calculated by the Livestock Genetic Services and are part of a program called the National Cattle Evaluation (NCE). EPD PERCENTILE RANKINGS Individual ranking relative to the entire breed population on a specific trait, represented in the form of a percentage, with 1% being best and 99% being worst.
Genomically Enhanced EPD’s
Sire parentage has been verified and GE-EPD’s will be available March 1st

AI’d to GACC Data Bank 102H3 on 1/9/26. Exposed to GKB Storm Force 63M2 1/16/26 - 3/6/26 Palpated safe to Data Bank. ECD: 10/18/2026 15% 5% 2% 10% 5% 10% 30% 2% ARGUABLY THE BEST The T053 Angus cow from Bradley 3 Ranch in Memphis, TX was the beginning of a new era and the foundation of a dominate new cow family for not only Suhn Cattle Co but also the Brangus breed. Four females rose to the top as her most influential daughters. 53E2 owned by Reggy McDaniel was the high selling and pick of the herd at $65,000 through the 2022 Houston Sale. She is the mother of Born Leader, Bullet Proof, Wide Load and Expansion. 53D2 was purchased by Genesis Ranch for $35,000 through the November 2022 G+ at Chimney Rock Sale. She is the mother to Outlaw, Octane and Kingpin. 53D6 a carbon copy of 53D2 and full sister produced 3 natural calves and one flush before her untimely death as a 4 year old. That brings us to the lot selling, 53G11, who could arguably be the best of the sisters. She is the dam of Spectrum who is without question one of the most prepotent and dominant sires of his time and her second natural calf also sired by Signal was at the very top
of her age group. 53G11 redefines extension through her front end and femininity with ideal angle to her front shoulder and carries into excellent thickness through her top line and considering her femininity a massive hip structure and hind quarter dimension that is also evident in the females that her son Spectrum stamps on his daughters. Her first two natural calves combined to have a nursing ratio of 108, thus proof that she is able to raise one while still maintaining excellent udder structure. When you evaluate her EPD rankings in the top 15% or better for WW, SC, IMF, HP, STAY, TI, FI, BB and NC it just adds icing to the cake. If you have been looking for the right donor female with incredible pedigree dominance, nine EPD rankings in the top 15% of the breed or better, a dominance in the pasture with her femininity, fleshing ability and structural soundness plus the ability to excel beyond what she has accomplished to date. Look no further than this lot.

BREED LEADING DATA A tour through the Lake Majestik cow herd and it becomes evident that the pedigree combination of Signal and Support is excelling. Support daughters are noted for their growth and carcass which help propel this lot to the top 1% for WW, YW, TI and top 2% REA.
