The contiguous property that was acquired at 3340 Tillman Dr. is an 17,500 s/f one-story office building that had been occupied by Nielson Co. and was purchased for $2.9 million fromNewtown Crossing Properties, LP. Karen Schade, CEO and principal of School Lane Char- ter School, advised that the school’s International Bacca- laureateMiddle Years Program (grades 7-10) will be located at the 3050 Tillman Dr. property and the International Bacca- laureate Diploma Program (grades 11-12) will be located at the 3340 Tillman Dr. property. Schade advised that the 3050 Tillman Dr. property is ideally suited for their needs and will require minimal renovations
