ING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Willner Prop- erties recently final- ized two new leases totaling 8,400 s/f at the Exton Cor- porate Center and welcomes StudioETC and Evolution En- ergy Partners to the expand- ing tenant roster. Willner Properties’ class A Exton Cor- porate Center is an 80,000 s/f five-story building located at 102 Pickering Way in Exton. StudioETC leased approxi- mately 7,000 s/f to accom- modate its growing, in-house design team. The company specializes in the design of trade show exhibits, point-of- purchase displays, and retail environments. StudioETC sold the building that pre- viously served as its office headquarters and moved into Exton Corporate Center. The new office overlooks the com- pany’s manufacturing facility and offers more space for the expanding business. Evolution Energy Partners, an energy procurement, man- agement and consulting com- pany, chose to relocate to the Exton Corporate Center from nearby within the market leasing over 1,400 s/f of space. Evolution Energy Partners chose Exton Corporate Cen- ter for the quality amenities of the property, its visible location on Route 100 and the responsive professional management. As one of the newest assets within Willner Properties’ portfolio, The Exton Corpo- rate Center offers convenient access to Chester County’s skilled workforce as well as numerous local restaurants, hotels, and retail opportuni- ties. The center’s accessibility to major roadways like the PA Turnpike and Rtes. 100, 113, 30 and 202 contributes to the properties growing corporate presence.
