prayed, and about which our mothers cried, shall have come and America shall have turned again to God. The "Other Sheep” A;third task lies before us. We must lift up our eyes, not only to the hills, but also beyond the hills, and we must See a whole world that needs the Gospel of Jesus Christ today. We must not be satisfied with reaching America, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand . . . we must pray that the Gospel of Jesus Christ shall once again penetrate the lands of the Reformation. We know what higher criticism can do; we are awarè of the results of infidelity. Today Germany is in disgrace—a nation that has rejected the Word of God, has turned its back upon Jesus Christ, and has cast aside Martin Luther and the message of the Reformation. They said, “We have a culture that is beyond the culture of the Bible. We have education that is beyond that which Martin Luther taught us.” Thus they brought about the war with its Dachau and Buchenwald and other infamous concentration camps. We do not want a REPETITION OE WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE IN GERMANY, but if we are-going to save ourselves from it, we must go into Ger many with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We may have to smuggle the Gospel into Russia, but in one way or another we are going to get into the land óf Russia, too, with the glorious Good News that Jesus sâvès. japan needs Jesus Christ. While Germany is the land that has had the'truth and rejected it, Japan has NEVER had a full proclamation of the truth of the Gospel of Jésus Christ. .You servicemen have been- all over the world. You have witnessed the effects of Christianity, and you have sêen the lands the Gospel has never touched. More than any others, you know that the Gospel of Jesus: Christ is THE THING; it has brought all of the blessings of West ern Civilization to us. In the days that lie ahead, as. we penetrate every part of the English world, and as we ask God to give us thè good-will of churches, schools, and Christian leaders, we must press the battle on the mission field. That leads mê to the fourth part of olir task. The Challenge It is possible in your generation and in my genera tion, in our very time, to reach the last person on earth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Will we do it? Will you accept the challenge? Are there young men who will say: “By the grace of God, my hand is linked with yours, and we will join you in taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth, until the last one shall have heard, and those for whom Jesus died shall have come to the Cross of Calvary.” I do not challenge you to something soft. I do not challenge you to an easy task. I do not promise you com forts and luxury. I challenge you to something that in volves ALL you have. But Jesus gave His ALL for YOU when He died on Calvary’s Cross! Will you give HIM your life and say, "Jesus, thou art the only one that is fully worthy of my all, and I now surrender all to Thee!” And with you older ones present I plead: “Back up .thè youth program with your prayers and your support.” Thé world has yet to see what God can do with a gener ation yielded to Him.

“ God Has His Way With a Butterfly” God has His way with a butterfly. Fragile dweller twixt earth and sky, Lovely harbinger of the spring. He tenderly fashions each gossamer wing, Then stencils upon them His own design, Intricate, line upon fine thin line; Then dipping His brush in the rainbow’s hue He colors them, golden or green or blue, And sets them adrift in the warm spring air, Bits of loveliness floating there Between the earth and the bending sky. God has His way with a butterfly. What would I be If God had His way with me?

( Continued from Page 328) Youth Does It of God, and we present His claims unashamedly to the thousands of youth who attend these services. We are seeing results. Lives have been changed, broken hearts mended. Young men and women by the hundreds have accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour, hun dreds more have dedicated their lives to the Lord for full time service. The Youth for Christ Movement is growing in other towns and the tide is rising. Business men, clergymen and educators are vitally interested. Many churches are being helped. A staff of five men conducts the program each Sat urday night, an executive committee of five men takes care of the necessary business details; and in addition, there is an advisory board of twenty men from various churches in this area. We solicit the prayers of every God-fearing man and woman for the youth of our land, and for our effort to win them to Christ. The future of our country, the future of the Christian Church, and the future of the entire missionary enterprise will be determined by what youth is, and does, and what we, under God, do for them now.
