Outdoor Programs

We are pleased to offer outdoor recreation and social programs, in keeping with COVID-19 safety guidelines. Indoor center facilities remain closed, but center restrooms will be available to participants during outdoor activities.

Acoustic Jam Session Bring your acoustic instruments and play along while learning songs from folk, bluegrass, and country genres. Chords and song lyrics will be pro- vided for those who want to sing along. Open to all levels who are able to play chords and tune their instrument; formal instruction is not available. Wednesdays, April 21–June 30

International Discussion Group Participate in thought-provoking conversa- tions about current national and international topics. Third Tuesdays 9:30–11:30 a.m. Course #40359 Rancho Senior Center Outdoor Laughter Yoga Discover the joyful laughter-as-exercise that uses intentional laughter to help relieve stress, strengthen your immune system, im- prove respiration and circulation, and reduce anxiety and depression. Laughter yoga can be done while seated. Fridays, April 16–June 25 9–10 a.m. Course #40799 Rancho Senior Center

2:30–3:30 p.m. Course #40800 Trabuco Center Healing Power of Dance

Improve balance and coordination while socializ- ing and learning Latin dance. The course will cover dances such as Salsa, Mambo, Samba, and Cha-cha. All levels welcome; no partner necessary. *No class 5/31. Mondays, April 12–June 28* 10–11 a.m. Course #40801 Trabuco Center International Crafters: Knitting Crafters create scarves, blankets, hats, and other handcrafted items. Tuesdays, April 13–June 29

Face coverings are required for all outdoor programs.

Drive-in Bingo 2nd & 4th Fridays, 9–10 a.m.
