Carmen has over 10 years of experience in Recruitment, Project Management and Business Operations. Carmen specializes in SOP set-up and operations management for recruitment process. Previously, she has worked with renowned firms such as Lendlease, NES Global Talent, ExxonMobil, BAC, and Konen & Lorenzen Recruitment. Carmen holds Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management.

Pramegh has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. Before joining MRG’s Global Business in Malaysia, he served as the Founding Member and Practice Head for the Real estate and Construction practice at Michael Page, India. Pramegh specialises in C-suite-level recruitment within Real Estate Developers, Funds, EPCs, IPCs, Co-living, Co- working, and the Hospitality sector. Previously, he has worked with renowned organisations such as Oberoi Hotels, JLL, and K Raheja. Pramegh holds an MBA in General Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality Management from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.

Shradha has over 16 years of experience working in people centric businesses including Recruitment and Hospitality sectors. Before joining MRG’s Global Business in India, she was a key member in the Real estate and Construction practise of Michael Page, aiding nuanced strategies. Shradha specialises in mid to senior-level recruitment across all diverse asset classes, encompassing technical and generalist roles, identifying top-tier talent in the industry. Her hospitality career spans across luxury brands like Four Seasons and Marriott International across varied geographies in India. Shradha holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Goa University.

Jackson has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, specializing in mid to senior-level recruitment within Real Estate Developers, Construction, EPCs, Industrial Warehousing, and the Hospitality sector. He has previously worked with leading recruitment firms such as Spencer Ogden, Matchtech, Agensi Pekerjaan Smarttrend, and Easyship. Additionally, he has experience in the administration division at Carey Real Estate. Jackson holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Previously, he has worked with renowned organisations such as the Embassy Group and CBRE. Karan holds a PGDM degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR and B.TECH in Civil Engineering from GHRCE.

Matthew has over 18 years of experience in global real estate recruitment. He heads the MRG’s international business as well as leading the Real Estate Advisory team in London, working with a number of organisations to make key strategic hires across the IPC and Real Estate industry. Matthew has been a Board Director since 2017 and is a trained expert in the use of Thomas International, and their Psychometric Assessment Tools. Previously, he has worked with renowned organisations such as Holtby Turner and Burns Carlton.
