Jackson has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, specializing in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) within Real Estate Developers, Construction, EPCs, Industrial Warehousing, and the Hospitality sector. He has previously worked with leading recruitment firms such as Spencer Ogden, Matchtech, Agensi Pekerjaan Smarttrend, and Easyship. Additionally, he has experience in the administration division at Carey Real Estate. Jackson holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Trisha brings over 10 years of experience as a designer, specialising in creating visual designs that effectively communicate ideas. As part of the Marketing and Operations team, she leads the creation of various communication materials, such as marketing collateral, promotional assets, and internal resources, all while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Matthew has over 18 years of experience in global real estate recruitment. He heads the MRG’s international business as well as leading the Real Estate Advisory team in London, working with a number of organisations to make key strategic hires across the IPC and Real Estate industry. Matthew has been a Board Director since 2017 and is a trained expert in the use of Thomas International, and their Psychometric Assessment Tools. Previously, he has worked with renowned organisations such as Holtby Turner and Burns Carlton.
