Previously, he has worked with renowned organisations such as Oberoi Hotels, JLL, and K Raheja. Shradha has over 16 years of experience working in Recruitment and Hospitality sectors. Before joining MRG’s Global Business in India, she was a key member in the Real estate and Construction practise of Michael Page, aiding nuanced strategies. Shradha specialises in mid to senior-level recruitment across all diverse asset classes, encompassing technical and generalist roles, identifying top-tier talent in the industry. Her hospitality career spans across luxury brands like Four Seasons and Marriott International across varied geographies in India.
