While lying face down with your knee straight, slowly raise up leg off the ground. Hold for 10 seconds then repeat 6 times on both legs.

While lying or sitting, raise up your leg with a straight knee and your toes pointedupward. Hold for 10 seconds then repeat 6 times on both legs.
