Assessment of functional suitability of space

Successful high-level stakeholder influence both within organisations and with professional/specialist groups.

Management experience, including external consultancy teams.

Track record of implementation of new ways of working studying/ teaching at organisational levels.

Experience of behavioural change projects

Specialist space planning software, advanced use of databases and spreadsheets.

Good working knowledge of University structures and estates procedures including improvements and capital.

Strategic and organisational business planning and preparation of business cases for change.

Experience of managing budgets.

Policy, guidance and auditing development.

Developing systems and procedures.

Experience of management of change relating to space and new ways of working.

Understanding of property management, aquistions, leases and disposals.

Good working knowledge

Project Management Qualification

Educated to degree level or substantial suitable relevant experience.

Auditing Qualification

Relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS, BIFM, RIBA
