QuickBooks Online Training Bonnie Smith, QuickBooks Support, graciously holds monthly live webinars covering various topics on all things QuickBooks Online, such as: • Getting Acquainted with QuickBooks Online – This session shows you where to locate items on QBO. • Chart of Accounts – This session shows you what items can and cannot be changed in the Chart of Accounts. • How to Enter Bills and Credit Card Charges – This session helps you understand how to enter a bill versus only writing a check. It’s a basic overview on how to use the bill pay feature. • Making Deposits – This session covers how to make deposits in QuickBooks using the payments that transferred from your operations software. It also covers a deposit that is not related to a service but is a refund from a vendor. • How to Reconcile Bank Accounts – This session discusses how to reconcile checking and credit card accounts. • Matching Payments and Invoices – This session explains how to match customer open invoices and payments in QuickBooks. • Bank Feeds – This session explains how to properly attached your bank account to QBO.
