Skills and Abilities Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Communication skills are paramount in this role as is the need to be able to communicate diplomatically with many different stakeholders, explain clearly project works to widely differing audiences with widely differing styles and needs, especially external contractors. Ability to lead and manage a large professional team to ensure the successful delivery of service and act as a mentor/coach to support their professional development and monitoring of team against objectives.

Confident user of computer software packages at intermediate level, including Office 365 products e.g. Teams, Box, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
