TGG Session Goals

1. Share near-final drafts of Strategic Direction Elements with the SPTF with time for virtual workshops to further develop the Road Messages each group wouldl like to most convey 2. Review Updated Project Management Plan, Revised Timeline and progress- to-date with the second wave of Hear Every Voice Listening Posts and Key Informant Interviews currently happening. 3. In preparation for the upcoming Leadership Transition Meetings April 19-21, the TGG team will present the Draft Strategic Plan elements with support from the various Strategic Direction workgroup leads. TBD.
