Scrutiny Panel

The panel delivers in-depth reviews on service areas suggested by the Residents’ Council and colleagues. They create formal reports with recommendations that are presented to our Housing Services Committee. Residents can view Scrutiny Panel reports and recommendations on our website. These groups involve residents in feeding back about specific areas of our work. Current groups include the Communications Group, which feeds back on how the organisation communicates with residents, and our Building Safety Group, established to look at the continuing work on fire and building safety issues and new legislation to ensure that homes are, and remain, safe to live in.
