This Allocation and Impact Report is being made alongside our third annual Sustainability Report for 2023, available on our website at www.anchor.org.uk/investors . We align our sustainability impact reporting to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and report against the Sustainable Reporting Standard for Social Housing which provides a framework for sharing our performance and impact across environmental, social and governance themes with our stakeholders. In accordance with our Framework, we have prepared this report to show how we have allocated the finance raised under the terms of the Framework during 2022-23 in a way that is compliant with the terms of our Sustainability Financing Framework. It is published alongside our 2023 Sustainability Report (the ‘Sustainability Report’) which provides further details of our wider environmental, social and governance impact. Summary of our £350m bond terms We issued our inaugural sustainability bond on 21 July 2021, raising £350,000,000 at an all-in coupon of 2%. A further £100,000,000 was retained.
