Eligible project categories Anchor has a clear vision and strategy for utilising sustainable funding to provide high-quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of an ageing population and further the development of green buildings that reduce the impact of our accommodation and services on carbon emissions, climate change and the environment as well as provide comfortable living environments that are affordable to run. The SFF allows us to invest the proceeds of sustainability financing in a wide range of social and environmental projects that support these aims as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
